In cloud EV Cabs available are hatchback, Sedan) cabs, SUV (Innova, Innova crysta , Xylo, Marazzo,) Wingers and Coaches& Bus’s EV SEDAN’s,

    • Making Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with Clients
    • Collection of Associates Login Rooster
    • Computerization of Associates Login Rooster & Distribution of Rooster among the Coordinators
    • Monitoring the Logins and Logout
    • Maintaining the Login & Logout Register
    • Maintaining of the Day-wise Cab Attendance
    • Co-ordinate with Client for Logins and Logouts if there is any problems
    • Fully responsible for Logins and Logouts
    • Reply for all mails and correspondence of the clients
    • Looking after all Legal and Accident cases and solving problems
    • Respond to all queries, grievance & complaints
    • Separate team of coordinator is to check the q ality of the cabs BPO wise every fortnight

    Administrative office of the company is well furnished and with efficient  infrastructure atmosphere

    • Centralized LAN Protocol is provided to all Staff of the company
    • Internet facility is provided to all Staff of the company

    • Tally 9.2 version is used for Accounting purpose
    • Separate Software is used for Bill purpose which developed on Visual  Basic
